Dread is a brand new mechanic to Crusader Kings 3. Dread can be very powerful and there are several Traits and Perks which can give your Ruler Natural Dread. This video focuses on the actions you can take in order to gain Dread as ruler. It looks at the amount of Dread you gain by taking the Imprison, Torture and Execute actions on your own and foreign vassals/courtiers, close family and dynasty members.
While this video helps put some numbers to the amount of Dread gained by these actions, there is still some variability that I could not explain. Searching forums did not provide any answers so if someone does have an explanation, I would greatly appreciate you sharing it with me.
