    ALWAYS REMEMBER when setting off a RED or ORANGE marking smoke grenades that these are INTERNATIONAL distress signal markers and ANY airplane flying overhead WILL take note of your position and relay that information to someone on the ground and by LAW a ground unit will come to the scene to investigate.

    Wait a minute. In America, it's illegal for a company to sell an orange smoke grenade to the general public unless the packaging had been marked for emergency use only. How is IWA International able to legally sell these to the recreational consumer?

    Just so everyone is aware, these now require a Pyrotechnics license to order. I don't know if the ATF got cunty or the company cucked out, but it says right on their site that you have to have the license.

    The trick to using flashbangs effectively is to do the operation at night, cut the power, give the enemy a moment for their eyes to adjust to the darkness, and then deploy the flashbangs. The enemy's eyes are dilated in the dark and the blinding effect works better, the noise and the overpressure affects their balance and disorients them further. It can be a game changer, putting you seconds ahead of the enemy and disrupting their OODA loop long enough for you to gain control of the situation and end the confrontation.

    Watch the video again. It makes a "bang" right when he throws it, which would draw the person's attention right to you. It shouldn't make any sound for several seconds, allowing you to throw it in one direction quietly to draw the target's attention in that direction.

    I think it always comes down to money. How much do they cost vs what you expect from the overall outcome. I agree with you on the 4 banger being better than one from a militaristic point of view. When we’re trained on flag bangs, you normally know what to expect when one is sent in your direction and you know how to react fast, BUT, if you think that one bang is it and you go back to kill position and that one bang turns into several, that would throw you off a little. Good comparison, good job! Charlie Mike!

  • @kimberlycurrie9580
    @kimberlycurrie9580 Жыл бұрын

    Maybe the camera audio didn't do a good job on the flash bangs, but in the video the sound of the fuse igniting was just as loud as the "bang" -- also, maybe I can't count, but I only counted three bangs on the multi-bang grenade (unless you count the bang from the fuse igniting)

    Flashbangs aren't just a flash and a loud bang. They're supposed to overpressure the room making it impossible to keep focus. It's supposed to act like when someone shoots a shorty AR right next to you. The multi bang is nice but it doesn't create that pressure effect the single bang does. The LE multi bangs do but we're cucked to civilian stuff. Orion Training Group has a video demonstrating the bangs in a bit more detail and they go over the tactics where these should be used.
