Hello America's Park's😊😊! Another Idaho National Park, City of Rocks National Reserve along the old California Trail. You know there is another historic trail the actually follows sections of the California Trail, it's the Oregon Trail, which leads me to this...the SPECTACULAR Columbia River Gorge National Scenic River, which covers both Oregon and Washington sides. The Oregon Trail follows the Gorge to Oregon City, OR. When I was there I went to 8, yes 8 beautiful waterfalls!! Randy, you got to check this place out! Multnomah Falls is THE most beautiful of the bunch. And...dont forget about, Rainbow Bridge, National Monument😊😊😊!! Shane was really enjoying climbing those rocks, and did he make a new friend too?😊😊! Great video Randy, looking forward to the next one.

Blessings to you and yours.

really neat "pioneer register". some of those marks look really good for how old they are. people often try to use these as a reason to make their own marks but that ignores how difficult the journey was for those pioneers, and that they had No other way of recording their journey. I was glad to see you mentioned the Pinyon Pine/Utah Juniper belt. That happens to be a favorite altitude range of mine in Idaho, Utah, New Mexico etc. By the way, was that done in the fall? Definitely adding this place to our itinerary whenever we get up that way someday. I can’t keep my boys off rocks either....and me as well. Little Devil’s Trail in Custer introduced us to rock scrambling and we have been hooked since. Any trail we are on, if there are boulders the kids have to attempt to climb them.
