i didn't find that girl, but i found a garden full of white roses.... so i spend my afternoons in it, wating for the sunset to amaze me..... and then, enjoy the lights of the city at night.... on my way to take some rest in my apartment..... i'm loving this :D

how’s the baby?

I started listening to City Girl a year ago when I was going through a rough time mentally. When I first met my fiance back then, this was the first City Girl album I showed him. Ever since then, we have listened to it a countless number of times. Now, we have a baby girl on the way ( to be due in late March or early April ) and we decided to name her Hana Rose. Rose after this album

The phrase from around 11:07-12:00 with its flow-like feel just suits the piece perfectly. I love your choice of letting the piano play reluctantly along the other rather prominent voices, as it creates this delicate vibe, resulting in the most beautiful moment for me at 11:25. Sorry for my bad english.

I discovered your music yesterday. It's brought back memories and created visuals for many things I had forgotten. I have been brought to tears at some points, Thank you for putting your effort into this.

This album is so underrated

Three years and a handful of days since this album was released. It has gotten me through more than I could have imagined; nights where I cried until I couldn’t anymore and turned on this video to help lull me into fitful sleep, friendships and relationships that meant the world and then were gone far too quickly, political tension rising to an all time high for our generation, and a global pandemic. I just want to say thank you. Thank you so much. This music has had such an important role in my life since it’s release and I don’t know how to thank you enough for that. I am glad that you continue to release new music, and I hope you get all the plaudits and appreciation you deserve, because your art is amazing. Thank you.

Dear City Girl, thank you for made this beautiful album. I listening Snow Rose almost for 3 years, still my favorite. Every songs bring me to a new place, but if you ask me the song i loved most is *chateu fountain* because you insert the dialog from a movie and bubble effect was hypnotizing me. In my bad day, good day, rainy day, lonely day I come back to this album, to my home.

I'm here now writing this in my senior year, rushing through trying to finish the semester's work. years and years later and your music is still keeping me grounded and filling my brain with warm nostalgic thoughts. Anything like her is definitely my favorite track on this album, its just soo soothing and soft.

when im tired i always comeback to listen every of your albums and then ENERGY UP

you help me still my emotions. and I don't mean anxiety like most of the others are saying. I have problems regulating my emotions and often have strong emotions that don't match the situation. Videos like this are like the magic pill that puts me into the most ideal headspace.

I remember listening to this when I was in 5th grade 😭 now I’m a sophomore in high school 🤍🤍🤍 this brings back so many memories!!

Winter Fields is such a beautiful song. The serenading syrupy strings go so well with the soft strums and gentle drums, I feel like I'm lying in the snow but somehow dreaming of summer. Then the beat comes in. I feel like I'm in a car on a roadtrip about to run away to somewhere sunny. Then I hear the small synths and we come back to the airy bridge. I feel like I've made it where I was trying to go, and when the drums come back in with the light theremin and plucky synths I can't help but smile and shimmy, lol. The violin / possibly cello melody really makes me calm down after a long day....

I listen to this at least once a week. Super chill -- at work or at home at night.

back in early 2019 i listened to this album on repeat. almost two years ago my sister was born and i love her more than life. these songs remind me of her. then two weeks later in 2019 i went on a trip where i met the most important person to me then. i loved him. this album reminds me of him too. this album has so many memories attached to it. thank you city girl.

This album just reminds me of my hometown and all the memories that I had there and the people I love that it gets me emotional;; thank you or your hard work! i'm absolutely in love with this album, and i've been listening to it almost every day while I work

Lovbx I think you can see love :) I think you can see it in the interactions you have with loved ones and based on the slightest expressions that last even a second and the way their eyes sparkle or soften at the sight of something or someone. I think there’s many ways to see love we just don’t think about it all the time.
