I have this one. Love it. It's masculine ...no USB port.. I've seen other reviews complaining of the Lume. When I've been up at 3-4 am in the morning because I couldn't sleep --my old eyes can easily see the time. Honestly --I have a Luminox ---and this thing is as easy to see as the Luminox. I couldn't believe how good the lume is...yet saw reviews that the lume was subpar. No way. I'm almost 63 ---and couldn't be happier with this watch.

I wish this watch was still available. It seems like the perfect everyday watch. It could be used with casual or dress wear. Plus it will last for years.

I watched this video, bought the watch, best watch I own. Wasn’t sure if I needed to ever get another field watch afterwards. Great review, great watch. You were really in front of this with the review, lots of reviews came afterwards, good eye. Love the fact that the second hand hits every indices, great quality.

Thanks Wayne for the great comment! So glad you love this watch! It's a really great one in my opinion! Surprisingly, I've just learned that it seems they are discontinuing this watch for some reason! Doesn't make sense to me as it seems like a popular watch!

@@TheTownWatch yeah, I get discontinuing watches that aren’t popular or in their wheelhouse but that’s almost the perfect watch. If I could lose the date window it would be. Usually you’ll hear about a service issue or something of that sorts or the watch will run its course like the skx but the proportion and sizing of the citizen is almost perfect. Weird. Thanks for introducing me to it, I think you and Average Joe have probably had the greatest impact on my development in the hobby.

I beat this watch up as it’s my “work watch”. I work in construction/ maintenance. And it really is holding up nicely. Had it for about a year .

I’m in a similar position with work . I’m looking into this one . Right now I wear my gshock and love it this one very well might be my next . I like the all black model personally

Beautiful Citizen ProMaster . the simpler the better. I've been pricing these out at Macy's and JCPenny .... Waiting for the right time to get my hands on one of these.

Very informative, your video is well "done".!

I love the look of titanium but don't like the lightness so this treated steel is great .

On Amazon Deutschland it cost 285e,and seller is Amazon DE.In green version is only 180e.Excellent watch!

When you removed the bracelet, did you have any difficulty getting the bracelet back on? I have the OD Green Promaster version and I purchased the metal bracelet from the Citizen warehouse. I can't seem to get the spring bars to compress enough, when attempting to attach the metal bracelet. Is there a technique or tool that I am not aware of?

mechanik Thanks for watching! The bracelet can be difficult to put on yes but there are no special tools that I’m aware of. Sometimes it’s a matter of positioning the end links right as you set them between the lugs. Hope that helps! I hope you’ll subscribe if you’re not already!

Hey, great review. I’m doing some research and looking into how it wears, so I’m wondering what’s your wrist size at the time of this video? I’m a 6.5 inch wrist and wondering if it’s too big and the lugs might overhang around my wrist. Thanks for any insights you might have

Thanks for watching! I have a 6.5in wrist too. I think the lug to lug distance was a little long for me but doable and I enjoyed having this watch for a long time. This year I sold it actually.

In Materials Science, scratching tests "hardness," not "toughness." Pure Ti is relatively much softer compared to moist stainless steel but far tougher. The hardness of stainless steel depends heavily on its chemistry and heat-treatment. Many knives made in Red China are manufactured to be relatively soft in order that they to produce less wear on the machinery used to make them. I recognize that you may well know all of this.
