I have exactly the same watch black and blue version. So light and comfortable on the wrist. The lume lasts all night.

Really like this series of watch, theres a handful of colors, and even some automatic variants. Thanks for sharing.

I haven’t watched the review yet, but the name of your channel really appealed to me! I think of restoring there, too!

I own this watch in black and am actually wearing it right now. I absolutely love it! I am a huge fan of Titanium. It is the only EcoDrive watch I own. I usually charge it up twice a year in the early spring and fall when it is cool outside by taking it outside and letting it sit in the sun all day. It's my go to watch when I don't want to be worried about winding the watch. If I could change one thing about it, it would be the mineral crystal. I would much rather have sapphire but knock on wood, so far I've been lucky and haven't scratched it.

I have one of these in black, I put it on a rubber ladder strap 'isofran style' it looks great the short lugs help and make it look smaller on my 6 3/4 inch wrist

The orange will look great. With quartz watches with a second hand that ticks manufacturers should take care to ensure the second hand is aligned with the minute marks on the dial. It really doesn't affect the functionality of the watch but I understand why it is annoying it they don't align.

I have the Citizen Promaster Aqualand (stainless bracelet / red bezel) which is a great watch (I do dive), but it would be REALLY great if it were in Titanium, as it's a bigger/heavier watch (due to having so many features) and Titanium would lighten it up nicely....

Until Recently my daily watch was a G-shock ga2000 ana/digi but like you I was having trouble reading the negative display so a lot of the functions were useless to me. Anyway about 3 months back I picked up a 300m Citizen promaster diver with the e168 eco drive movement and I'm absolutely loving this watch - the lume is crazy good, the dial is uncluttered so is highly legible in all conditions (very large at 47mm but I'm a big guy so no problem there) and I'm also finding it to be massively more accurate than the +/- 15 sec per month as stated in the manual. In 3 months my Citizen has gained only 2 secs so at that rate it will likely be out by around 5 seconds when i need to adjust to British Summertime. I was wondering how accurate you're finding your cool looking watch - have i just got lucky or are all the promaster series this accurate?

I have to admit that the fit and finish of this Casio is better than my Tag Formula 1. The Tag is a clear second best in quality at 4X the cost. And the Casio will probably get more wear time since it is more comfortable to wear. The times they are a changin'... I am confused.

yes, there so many quality affordable watches these days and you can find style, look or design for whatever your occsssion or mood.

Trying to decide on blue bn0201, or black bn0200. Is the reflection off the blue dial annoying or make watch hard to read outside?

@@Raduldo Black. There is no sunburst on the flat black dial. Very tooly and readable. So a little boring. Weighs 3.5 oz, and BGW9 lume is very good. Not as bright initially as C3, but lasts longer. Keeps time better than the typical Casio quartz. But I don't like skeleton hands. I'm kind of used to them now, but Citizen designs bad hands. They should have put Seiko MM300 hands on it. It's fine with glass rather than sapphire. Very little glare. The new Ti ny0100-50me is out. If you are OK with automatic you can get that blue. I have a couple other blue divers when I want my blue fix. Like the Heimdallr SKX007 blue. That watch has great lume. I adjusted mine on a time grapher so good to a second a day.

@@jamesblank2024 Thanx man, appreciate it. No, don't have a blue one, so I think I will go with that one. Not in mood for auto at this moment. Need a reliable everyday watch that is not too heavy, and decent looking, just to replace my gshock 5600e.

I bought mine on the Cunard Queen Elizabeth, with no tax and big discount... blue version, titanium, and a five year factory warranty. Yet another reason to cruise.

A sapphire crystal would be an enhancement over the mineral crystal; as would a ceramic bezel. I think those were choices Citizen made to keep the price of the watch in a more affordable range. I haven't had any concerns with the bezel or the crystal especially at this price point. Of course I am not actually diving with this watch but I do wear it while surf fishing. Its been under water a couple times as I've had to retrieve some lures/rigs caught on the rocks wear I usually surf fish.

Yes, this is the titanium version; BN0201-88L.

Had to laugh when you said why bother with a GMT, you can figure out the time difference for yourself. Couldn't agree more. I mean it's only a case of either adding or subtracting nice even hours. How hard can that be? I could see the point of them if it was like 2hrs 11min, 1hr 18min ect, or if you''re like Joe Bidden with an apricot for a brain, but plain old round hrs! Like you said, what's the point.
