Does CIrcadiand Faction begins with their Intel cards or they have to defeat Faction and then have their Intel card?

Do you have any videos or content regarding game strategy? I’m trying to destroy my friends and so far I’ve had no luck! I think I’m going to try my hand with the AI faction this weekend. Great video though to brush up on my understanding of the game! Such a complex play, there’s so much you can forget after only playing a couple times.

@@MeepleUniversity Someday... I'm pretty new to board games so these guys just destroy me every time. Great video though! Super helpful, even for someone who hasn't been playing complex games for long- which is a feat itself! Up until 6 months ago I thought Monopoly had a lot of rules. Thanks for the walkthroughs, you guys are great!
