makes you realize how crazy are mods nowadays. a mod that increased your render distance from 8/12/16 to 64 with minimal performance impact would have been thought to be impossible, just a couple years ago. huge kudos to modders like that, who are always engineering mad stuff.

I thought it was distant horizons 2, but AFAIK that mod is incompatible with shaders. I guess his pc is just capable of those render distances w shaders.

Just stumbled upon your channel about 30 minutes ago from your video on why everyone keeps leaving Minecraft. I’m currently in love with this game, and my partner and I have a beautiful house and are creating a unique base. I know it’ll probably end soon, but seeing that video gave me hope on how to prolong our experience in this world. The feelings in this video are so calm and relaxing, I may start up my own personal world to find that same peaceful feeling. Thank you for your inspiration.

This is officially my favourite minecraft series.

I didn't know this genre existed, I have been a player way back in 2012. I sometimes thought of that type of content but either forgot, never found it or simply did not have the time. Relax adventure with beautiful landscapes is exactly the way I play. Sometimes I did hunger games, otherwise I am a creative/architecture type. Anyways, love this.

5:41 if you notice the crossbow it has a glint, meaning it probably has an enchantment, most likely piercing, that allows it to pass through shields 👀 "Piercing ignores shields even when they are blocking"

Now all this needs is dynamic trees and fresh animations and it will be perfect.

I wasn't here for the former iteration of this series, but I thoroughly enjoy this! The little attention to details like the light voice reverb added when in caves makes it super immersive. Any thought of Discord in the future? I feel like the community would be super fun and wholesome!

I just wanna say I love your videos. Your other building videos have inspired me to get back into building, I always got demotivated half way through my projects and rarely finished any of them. You made me realize each project doesn't have to be an all out mega build that takes months to complete, maybe that should be obvious but I find it easy to get hooked on these ambitious ideas. Seeing other people on the internet practically whip up these builds from nothing can also be quite demotivating and so is trying to force creativity out of myself. Sometimes its fun to just boot up the game and just go in with no plans, just mess around adding little details here and there while enjoying everything I am able to do. Thank you so much for making this content and giving us a mental break from whatever is consuming our lives. I am so glad I stumbled on your channel, keep it up!

for me it's the opposite. I feel so relaxed, whenever I'm on a singleplayer world, knowing that I have an entire paradise for myself, and I'm the only one in.

i love your videos man recently ive been quite stressed and not having much fun, but watching your videos have helped motivate me to take sometime for myself and relax. i've recently revisited minecraft and have just started my own hardcore world, and i've found it to be very therapeutic. i've just been exploring and having fun. not trying to beat the game as fast as possible or get the best loot, just having plain fun. just sitting down to play for an hour or two made me realise the constant busyness of my life with school and worrying about my family and friends, and never having that alone time to just sit down and play video games. i love the chill and calming atmosphere you create in your videos. its very comforting to me. thank you!!!

Because i already was having fun with Minecraft no matter how i started to play since i was primary schooler. But i just saw and watched your ''Nobody Cares'' video because it has a title that has no relevance with the interesting looking Minecraft thumbnail. and it felt so good in every way. The very peaceful Minercaft images, Minecraft soundtracks with your sincere telling style made me feel good and convinced. And made me feel you sincere.
