If you're on Cinema 2024.4.0(The latest version as of 5/22/2024)- you can switch it to the old cloth system shown above by going to your cloth tag and right in the "Basic" tag, there's a checkbox called "Legacy Solver", check it and it'll bring back the older system. ( I learned this through reading the documentation.)
