I grew up with Speedy, and without the king, Fluffy Iglesias, he would have died in vain. Long live the king, Fluffy Iglesias y Speedy!

This man is a class act no matter what. He is hilarious, but never fails to be kind, courteous and respectful. Not something you find very often anymore. Thank you Fluffy! No matter how many times I watch him, he always makes me laugh! Also, thank you for giving that "once in a lifetime" to your mom. As a mom I know exactly how much she appreciated that. You are a wonderful son! I am sure that she smiles down on you all the time.

It made me cry, he made his mother happy as much as he could, no regrets.

His Mom brought him up very well. Love his intent of "UNITY THROUGH HUMOR " A step in the right direction.

The great thing about Gabriel Iglesias' comedy is that he, at least from what we see on stage, seems like a genuinely joyful person, and that his humor comes from that enthusiasm.

He really is genuinely nice. And appreciates what he has accomplished. Seen his concerts a few times, in much smaller venues. Once he said all the performers would be out front in the lobby taking pics, for as long as it takes. And he did. The only stipulation was that his photographer would be taking the pics and they would post them ("so if you're here with someone you're not supposed to be with, that's on you"). Another time he asked where to go eat afterwards. And he showed up.

Honestly, he deserves everything he has.. We all loved your comedy and you will forever be my favorite comedian! ❤❤❤

"I found it ironic that they hired the slowest mexican to voice the fastest mouse" Gabriel would also be an outstanding as the voice of Slowpoke Rodriguez tho.

Met the dude once at South Coast Plaza in Orange County a few months back while I was out with my wife and our married friends after having dinner. He walked into this collectible store with only this tiny lady, which I can only assume was his agent. I immediately recognized him (no one from that shop knew who he was) from a distance with my jaw agaped, and so did he. He then casually walked by and gave me an elbow shake, made small talk, took a photo and I left him to his business. He was unbelievably nice to my wife and friends and I'll always appreciate the humbleness that he had for those brief minutes he took out of his day to chat. Thank you, Gabriel.

I had never seen your act before and this tribute to your mother made me laugh and cry. What a great son you are!

A man that can make you laugh like a crazy person, and cry, like a baby in a matter of five seconds great storyteller

The last bit: in a good way it reminded me of my mom, too. Remembering a special event that made my mom happy is precious to me. That’s one of the great things about comedy- it can tell truths that hit home for almost everyone. Now I’m going to go wipe my eyes.

one of the last things i did with my father was go to the whiteman airforce base to see the B-2 bomber with my nephew and dad. it was one of the last things i did with him that i saw him truly happy and excited to be out of the house. we went in may of 2023 and he died august 29th just 3 months later due to liver cancer complications. we all expected him to make a full recovery and even the doctors were shocked to see how fast he went downhill. me and my dad were in the middle of planning a cross country trip and also planning on seeing the show again next year for the whiteman airforce base bomber tour. i have the pictures of my dad in the background and if i had any idea he would have been gone so soon i would have insisted on him taking a few photos with me. but i can see him in the background talking to other people with a smile on his face so i will always have that i guess. he bragged for weeks about the tour and even told people while he was in the hospital he was excited to go again next year. all i can say for anyone is that you need to take as much time as you can and spend it with loved ones because you never know when the will be gone and you dont want to have any regrets in life.

I want the legacy of Gabriel Iglesias to live on after death. Long live Fuffy!

You Mom was a luck woman to have such a son. I understand the feeling of the loss of a Mother as I have lost mine myself. I had moved overseas to the Philippines to restart my life after being homeless for 2+ years while fighting VA. At least she got to see me finally getting the help after I got my 100% total & permanent combat vet disability. She got to see me get the medical procedures I had needed for 16+ years, and know that I was happy in the Philippines with my then girlfriend, now wife and mother of my son. She passed before my son but after my brothers son was born (6 month age difference). She was so happy knowing she would have two grandsons along with he granddaughter my daughter from my first marriage. I miss her daily but she is with me always. Keep up the good work putting smiles on peoples faces and making us laugh. It helps.

The story with his mom always gets me. I get very emotional. To a Latin man, moms are extra special. Especially around this time of the year. It’s early May and God gave me one of the good ones. I could not ask for a better one. I am sad for his loss and very grateful that my jefecita is still with me. Drives me crazy every chance she gets but, Dios mio, I love her so much.

Love they got the chance to meet Vicente...What a legend! No one commanded more respect without asking for it, he was so humble and a true representative of Mexico. Vicente was Mexico.

As a kid, very young, speedy gonzales was the 1st thing that caused me to understand a Mexican identity! Ha! I was thrilled. I loved speedy. My dad was irritated as I recall.

I came a month early. My parents were in La Salle, Illinois for a funeral. I guess that I wanted to meet the relatives. The problem was that the hospital there had no on/gyn department or doctor. So while my mom was in the emergency room, in labor, dad ran out and yelled at the nurse… The baby’s coming! What do I do? The nurse’s answer? Catch it! That’s how my dad delivered me.
