I really love the fact that Fluffy can make a family friendly comedy and still be even more hilarious without swearing. It makes the joke more focused on what is actually funny rather than making it sounds funny by using swear words.

I was "oh, hell no" in 2011. I'm down to fluffy now. 650 to 383. I'm working on it. Glad you lost weight and are working on your health. I'm working on it too. Love your comedy. :-)

@@patriciajrs46 The first thing I did was stop drinking soda. I drank water most of the time. I drank a glass of chocolate milk a day with one meal. I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a peanut butter sandwich for lunch, and usually some baked chicken breast prepared different ways for dinner. That was the first 100 lbs. The second 100 happened after I met my wife. I didn't really diet consciously; it just kind of continued from before. The last bit, which I'm doing currently, is two Premier Protein drinks for breakfast and dinner, with whatever my wife cooks for lunch (she's awesome like that). I have pistachios or cashews when I want to snack--no salt, since I had a stroke from blood pressure a few years ago. I don't eat much of those. The calories add up quickly. I can't really work out; I'm disabled from spinal injuries from two separate car accidents. I wish I could. I would have had the weight off much sooner. It's why I ballooned up in the first place--I went from a very active lifestyle where I consumed 5k calories a day to a sedentary lifestyle, and I didn't adjust well to the reduced calorie needs. I was also going through a bad marriage and lots of grief from 12 deaths of loved ones over two years. It was a dark time, and before I knew it, I was 650. I was working from home for the first time, so I didn't have the self-conscious feeling one gets when going out and not looking good. I'm glad I was a powerlifter when I was younger, or I would have been unable to move.

🤣🤣🤣 I used to use it as physical insult on my lil brother when we were kids 😂 if he managed to piss me off enough I would just sit on him, while lil shit was screaming and wiggle under my butt 🤣🤣🤣 I was and still is fluffy girl 🤭 and sometimes I still use this trick on my 27yo brother if he keeps pissing me off 🤣

Thank you so much for spreading this awarnes. I gained 20kg during pendemic. I lost 18kg now after fasting 12 hours (skip breakfast), reduced carbs & sugar, no exercise yet. I think Im done with losing body weight now need to shed body fat. Yeah the hardest part, but willing to do it for good health. You all can do it!

I love Gabriel but the thing is I didn’t enjoy the show when I went to see him live. He doesn’t want you to tape him during his shows before Netflix, so the security guard got onto me for answering a phone call from my teenager at home.

My younger brother is battling Stage 4 prostate cancer, his wife has stage 4 breast cancer. The sole way of avoiding a nervous breakdown, is watching you. My brother was also 445 pounds & type 2 diabetic. Now that he weighs 137 pounds, diabetes is gone. I do not reccomend cancer as a weight loss method though. I'm happy that you lost 100 pounds, that's awesome & will help you live many more years of making people laugh. You are necessary in this world Fluffy! Thank you!
