Some information they missed to tell are Soya bean /chunk is the only vegetarian which has all 9 amino acid like animal protein has. 2) The bio availability is 74℅ for soya chunk meanwhile chicken has 79%. Not low though. 3) we can consume 100-200g daily without any issues, though i wud suggest to start with 50g a week and then increase.

சோயா ஆண்கள் சாப்பிட்டால் ஆண்மை குறைவு வரும்.. சீனர்கள் ஆண் குழந்தைகளுக்கு இதை கொடுக்க மாட்டார்கள்.சீன துறவிகள் துறவறம் மேற்கொள்ளும் போது இந்த சோயாவை அதிக அளவு எடுத்து கொண்டு ஆண்மை குறைவை ஏற்ப்படுத்தி கொள்வார்களாம்.

@@P.Naresh5404 no it's just an punnaku , we can think of groundnut is crushed so that we get ground nut oil which is nothing but fat (oil) from the product... The extracted by-product is sold outside may be 1 or 2 % health benefits might be left that's it So that is used as cattlefeed for cows & goats.. yes same it applies to Soya & other as well

for example if we take almonds, (without extracting oil )the taste will be awesome .. nowhere in the Indian market sell almond 100% (hard to find out) oil rich, max I got 80% We can feel the difference crystal clear in terms of taste & little bit of fragnence That is how the market goes 🤣 people we need to be smart enough on the choices..
Now days in the market 2 different qualities or varieties available witout extracting oil ( fat) or after extractin oil,. Its applies to all nuts, spices, seeds products .. What we use in day to day in kitchen is all 2nd / 3rd quality which oil (fat) is removed one..

Soya is good for Female because it can stimulate Estrogen which female harmone and broiler chicken also has some problem. That's why everyone tells to avoid Broiler chicken or need to give lots of workout to body to generate more testosterone which will supress Estrogen. So I request before publishing content do more research because this and will influence public directly. Don't loose your quality in content to increase views

Company is making profit by both ways soya oil and selling the crushed soya extract (punnaku) outside as health protien, this & that !! People think if crushed extract has protien 52 gm is surprising.. then think of eating soya directlly instead of chunks
