Hello po good day.! I just wanna ask po or to confirm, graduate po ako ng high school year 2011, then na implement ung k to 12 year 2013, ask ko lng po kc after ko maka grad ng high school nag stop n po ako. Dhil sa less budget for my college tuition fees. Or wla akong kakayahang pumasok sa kolehiyo. Kya nag work po muna ako. Untill now still hindi pa ako nakakabalik ng school. Ask ko lng po kng babalik po b ako sa school. For college napo ba ako direct or i need to take the 2 years covered by k to 12? Medyo may edad nadin po kc ako. Gusto ko lng bumalik sa pag aaral. Hindi ko nmn po naabutan ung k to 12. Malaking tulong po reply nio salamat po.

andre suarez Sabi ng teacher ko, okay lang naman daw kahit di related yung track mo sa course mo sa college kaso di ka magiging bachelor sa track na kinuha mo sa Senior High. Pag kumuha ka daw ulit ng ibang course sa college na di related sa track mo, kailangan mo pang ulit magmaster daw para magkaroon ng bachelor's degree which nag-aadd up ng 1-2 years pa sa college. Mas maganda kung yung course mo sa college ay related sa track mo sa Senior High based on my Teacher's explanation.

Sir/Ma'am mag tatanong lang po sana ako :) Currently grade 12 student ako at ABM strand kinuha ko. Pwede po ba na kahit ABM strand ko ngayon at pag graduate ko kukuha ako ng course na marine. Pwede po ba yun?

I think it will be the same since you still need to take the major subjects, but I think the academic subjects will be credited by the school. less subects = less units/workloads less units = cheaper tuition (at least for the first couple of years)

Our teacher said that it's okay if you take unrelated course to your track in college....panibagong aralin lang din naman they say tapos yung mga specialization subject patikim lang naman yun pag dating ng college hindi siya credited only those core subjects,i think in stem there are subjects that are different from our core subjects and other academic core subjects....that's the only difference

Hi Harold, that would depend on the Program you're planning to take in College.

Lol nakakalito kasi ung course sa computer science -- idk if its stem or tvet STEM- the T means technology which is related to computers while in TVET - the programming part Its so confusing because in STEM they learn Calculus which is good thing in taking course of computer science in TVET - you learn about programming language which is also a good thing in computer science Computer science needs more math and programming language----its so hard to pick one

i think calculus is not that necessary in computer science. ive read an article na math in computer science is completely different from the common math weve learned from junior years -- and siguro, stem. or... idk
