In Germany, moderators often find it difficult to conduct interviews in English. Usually there is a mixed form like here or the moderator asks in German, it is translated off-screen, the artist answers in English and is then subtitled or dubbed on TV. I always get upset with that and wish they would stop it.

Well, this show shows a lot of stuff in a relatively short time, and it's not even really known in Germany, well at least I didn't know it existed until it was announced that they would introduce Chvrches so... and its whole purpose is to just introduce or show bands and stuff, not to really explain them I guess

What @Skata 05 is saying. The music live act is always at the end of the show. About the length of the interview, they certainly also regulate the total time of the broadcast.
