Provided that every effort is made, he says - "the end of 1942 will see us in a better position then we are now." He speaks of possibility of the long and hard war.

A LINE FROM ME(INDIAN) FOR HIM.... "HE WOULD BE HERO FOR MILLIONS BUT HE IS VILLAIN FOR BILLIONS". DUE TO THEIR POLICIES 2M TO 5 MILLION INDIANS DIED BETWEEN 1940 TO 1943.. ESPECIALLY IN BENGAL FAMINE AND WW2

Many or our "ruling class" were well educated and may have spoken with an accent slightly closer to English than we do today. I don't think those men had a hard time at all.
