The best information I got was 1. Bring trained properly (because that is succinct) 2. His mind set became focused ( because that cures pain) 3. Corrective exercises.... core strength . I don't know about toy but I feel I have the answers I need now . . .

I've got nerve damage in my chest from a surgery that went wrong back in 2019. I feel like my only option is just to build muscle for some protection on my chest. I have 2 rather large holes from the mrsa that ate away at my flesh. Now I'm left with a very fragile chest so if I take a large blow from something I will likely puncture a vital organ. The way I see it I'm in pain regardless so may as well build muscle in the gym and just work through the pain. Anyone else managed to build muscle with chronic pain? I can't find much on yt about chronic pain and building muscle?

Right now I have been put in this program where I workout very lightly. The pain is sometimes in the ankle or in the knee. Sometimes my quad muscle gets tight and hurts.

@@MIR-IN-DA I have fibromyalgia and I have to agree from my experiences. Laying in bed and being sedentary to much doesn't help but I have to pace myself with fatigue and being in pain 24/7, as well as what I suspect is something like nerve damage all up the right half of my body. That being said I was diagnosed last November and I probably developed it years ago, so I think I'm just used to this level of pain more than I should be since I didn't know any better😅
