So stupidly I went right into the chair challenge doing the leg lifts to my chest. My right hip flexor now is so weak. How can I get this back? I’m 58. Thx!
When you say sets….how many reps in a set, please?
I am voting for the full version of do it along video. Thanks so much.
This video was helpful my body is not stable
As an asian hindu, I cannot do that
So glad I found this. I will try and hope it helps w my #tinnitus
Thanks 😂
Where is the answer to this situation?
I am from Meghalaya India and thank you for your video it makes me understand what to do.
I can do 5 clean pull ups from dead hang, zero momentum, I am 39 years old. I started pull ups 2 years ago when I wasn’t able to do even one.
Or You could just purchase a small heart shaped pillow to place between Your knees while sleeping on Your side❤🎉❤🎉❤❤❤❤❤
thanks a lot for care&share!....hope you're better and better....as for the min 19'' and further.... such assholes are everywhere, and they are supposed to help people!......i've met here also , in Germany, a lot of Diploma wall colectors,( and there is no word on the Planet to describe how proud/arrogant they are!!) they have huge walls full of diplomas but after the visit you only get to go with ''inflamation'' diagnostics and some ibuprofen or something similar pills away!....one more time, thank you!
Can anyone help? I have knee valgus and literally cannot rotate the hips outward without losing the arch in the foot
Give this guy as much dislikes as u can😂😂😂 He just gave a therapy talk which was useless, bcoz he didn't cure a single person then how cud he tell an estimate time. He thinks we are stupid nd if he talks nonsense we will jst listen his speech like Sigmund Freud theories. Keep ur mouth shut if u dont know anything. This is not an audition for 'The Godfather '. Go and build ur muscles, pose for magazines but dont u dare open ur mouth again.
Hi There look I once had a severe Athritis from 2021 December from neck, shoulders, elbow, knees, lower back ankles, fingers and toes in 2022 1st of April just disappeared after I went to the biggest hospital around my area they couldn't help me,then I went to the local clinic gave me small tablets and I took them like 4,3,2 etc so my question is it going to come back, I'm an active person I jog and walk to the shops all the time. THANK YOU ❤
ive watched so many apt videos and none were like this! thank you so much. i injured my lowback playing soccer and it eventually gave me apt and had me walking like a duck. workin gon fixing my interior hip rotation and atrophied hamstrings! thanks again upright health, i thought this was genetics for so long, ive been in pain for years and it never made sense until now.
I mountain bike a lot so my knees always feel terrible and I give this helps. Hopefully this can help my riding.
im done tilting
we're tilted warriors
21 years and older ? Try 55 and older. Try more studies, yet again wideranging conclusions from a single research study? Surgeons recommend surgery , pharmacists recommend drugs , and physiotherapists preach muscles 🤔 Maybe you should try working as a team, instead of competitors ?
Great feet exercise. I got the Barefoot shoes, they are awesome,I also got the hiking Barefoot shoes. Love them.
Pain in left hip, I've tried stretching but my hip is actually popping and it's making it worse.
Ben Patrick of kneesovertoesguy has helped me for the past three years to eliminate my knee pain. Walking backwards, split squats, and a few of his other protocols keep me pain free at 80.
Been having severe hip pain for months now i just tried your exercise and violaa the pain has gone down
What's the best and actual safe exercises for hip arthrosis? I am offered surgery but I'm very afraid of such a huge operation and don't wish to go through that
170k people not knowing how to walk 💀
WOW, I've just been watching several of your videos, & I see that you are very smart & def not some shill for the MIC!! I'm a 65 year old white woman who is active with physical labor work, so I haven't had too much trouble doing your videos, except my Asian Squat is only on the balls of my feet, but I'll be working on that! Also, touching my toes has been a serious problem for decades, & I thought it may have been the slight curve in my back, but I've never heard anything like what you're saying about the axis of rotation being at the hip/femur.. which makes perfect sense & I'll see if it works for me in time. So excited!
FAI is killing my Muay Thai dreams
Great thanks 🙏
I started Kendo this week, and Seiza on the hard floor tore up my knees 😅
Br those sleeping shoes?
My Philippine physical therapist told me last week that deep squatting is not good... I decided to practice it on my own time anyway; Because I could do it before. I was surprised by her response given her ethnicity...
Tried this for the first time last night. Slept on stomach with a pillow. I did not wake up with excruciating pain for the first time in over a year. THANK YOU!
I'm finding this stretch to be very challenging and impactful for my hip issue. The first time I did it I felt very tender afterwards despite having been doing the healthy hips program for the previous month or so, but the subsequent times I've done this the results have been amazing so my recommendation would be to ease into this one. When you get into it it's quite intense. I really have to breathe through those ninety seconds but the results are there without a doubt. Amazing stretch!
Please add the follow along video!😊
Ok thank you
Xero mesa trail are a awesome shoe they do a wp version its a lillte bit stiffer but fully waterproof
Fabulous. 10/10. Would watch again👌🏻 Easy and simple enough exercises (also well guided and prompted instructions!) so that i actually felt like following along with you and tried these! Rare for me haha Great pace, and concise break down of these concepts to be easily digestible.
Try a good painkiller or a sleeping pill. I was on a 13hr flight.
loads chit chat
The first hip flexor stretch gave me instant relief! I could walk around for a bit with more mobility and less pain! However the second pigeon stretch made me plantar fasciitis feel inflamed and painful.. does anyone know why I’m experiencing this?
reassuring. so it means i am doing well with my rdl 🎉
Thanks For The Information.
Thank you for this video, I recently got into rock climbing and I realized that my hips are very stiff and not flexible. I cannot even sit flat against the wall because my hips are so tight they are always slightly bent inwards. Do you recommend me doing these stretches or something else to further help my hip mobility?
First try, and it worked!!! I will keep doing this. Thank you so much!
Thanks for posting this video. I have been suffering from hip pain for several months. I am certainly going to try these exercises
I did this for months and all it did was exaggerate my hip dips and side dimples on sides of my cheeks giving me squiggly butt shape 😡
Follow along videos would be great!
This was a great video and so helpful for us old people ❤
Do you not need to stretch the calves to bend down?
