thanks a lot for care&share!....hope you're better and better....as for the min 19'' and further.... such assholes are everywhere, and they are supposed to help people!......i've met here also , in Germany, a lot of Diploma wall colectors,( and there is no word on the Planet to describe how proud/arrogant they are!!) they have huge walls full of diplomas but after the visit you only get to go with ''inflamation'' diagnostics and some ibuprofen or something similar pills away!....one more time, thank you!

Give this guy as much dislikes as u can😂😂😂 He just gave a therapy talk which was useless, bcoz he didn't cure a single person then how cud he tell an estimate time. He thinks we are stupid nd if he talks nonsense we will jst listen his speech like Sigmund Freud theories. Keep ur mouth shut if u dont know anything. This is not an audition for 'The Godfather '. Go and build ur muscles, pose for magazines but dont u dare open ur mouth again.

Hi There look I once had a severe Athritis from 2021 December from neck, shoulders, elbow, knees, lower back ankles, fingers and toes in 2022 1st of April just disappeared after I went to the biggest hospital around my area they couldn't help me,then I went to the local clinic gave me small tablets and I took them like 4,3,2 etc so my question is it going to come back, I'm an active person I jog and walk to the shops all the time. 21 years and older ? Try 55 and older. Try more studies, yet again wideranging conclusions from a single research study? Surgeons recommend surgery , pharmacists recommend drugs , and physiotherapists preach muscles 🤔 Maybe you should try working as a team, instead of competitors ?

WOW, I've just been watching several of your videos, & I see that you are very smart & def not some shill for the MIC!! I'm a 65 year old white woman who is active with physical labor work, so I haven't had too much trouble doing your videos, except my Asian Squat is only on the balls of my feet, but I'll be working on that! Also, touching my toes has been a serious problem for decades, & I thought it may have been the slight curve in my back, but I've never heard anything like what you're saying about the axis of rotation being at the hip/femur.. which makes perfect sense & I'll see if it works for me in time. So excited!

I'm finding this stretch to be very challenging and impactful for my hip issue. The first time I did it I felt very tender afterwards despite having been doing the healthy hips program for the previous month or so, but the subsequent times I've done this the results have been amazing so my recommendation would be to ease into this one. When you get into it it's quite intense. I really have to breathe through those ninety seconds but the results are there without a doubt. Amazing stretch!

Thank you for this video, I recently got into rock climbing and I realized that my hips are very stiff and not flexible. I cannot even sit flat against the wall because my hips are so tight they are always slightly bent inwards. Do you recommend me doing these stretches or something else to further help my hip mobility?
