This is awesome. The best way to bring whites and blacks together is Blues music.
Awsome I love that the blues is still alive in this generation That's right Kingfish you are all that
Talents like this come along once or twice every thirty years. This is GOD given talent.
Nobody can compete with Kingfish, the King of blues. Nobody ever played and sang the soul out like this.

BB king was an upper. Above legends. He loved music, and he was really Nice dude. I don't know... I don't believe in reincarnation at all, but if all that stuff is true, then he might have been BB the Kingfish.

There's been some Outstanding Blues Musicians...SRV, Albert Collins, Albert King, Buddy Guy. But it's AWESOME to see someone so young and talented as this kid.
Whoever gave this a thumbs down should not be allowed to vote.
This is a crime that I'm just not hearing this 4yrs later....this boy is the chosen one the eyes closed notes are clean and the sound is dirty and the boy can sang SANG check all boxes
From Jimi to Stevie to B.B. Kingfisher is keeping the spirit of blues rock alive
I saw this fella play at the Briggs Farm Blues Festival & of course he was the headline/highlight of the weekend. Today I wake up on a Sunday morning, put this on & I cannot stop crying. Wow & he makes it look so ez too!
He’s an alien!! How can one play guitar in this way. He breathes blues from birth How can you play the guitar in this way with a lot of heart and soul at 17? Pure talent
Correct me if I’m wrong but this is the most impressive teenager in the world. His out of this world talent in guitar and singing, coupled with the obvious difficulties with his weight. Still the most humble and respectful performer I’ve come across. To me this is the definition of an inspiration.

What can I say Your description of the way he has controls the guitar portray in every sense of the act Nothing more nothing less
Blues isnt something that you can learn. This dude is born with a soul enchanted by all the great blues artists. Wow.
A Blues master, just pops up ? I'll take the Facebook algorithm... Led m6 to this blues Brother... Magnificent 🎵
I met Cristone when he was 10 at the Carlyle Library in Clarksdale MS while he was playing in the Delta Museum Band. It was impressive, he switched between base, guitar & drums...as did the other kids. He's in his mid 20's now and you can find his stuff all over the internet. Hes played with most of the current hot performers all over.
I'm not sure whether I heard a better blues guitarist than this guy. He seems to do with the guitar whatever he wants to do with it. This is fuckin unbelievable.

I shouldn't have said quinn is better than you because I just found you and have a lot of listening to do. That was kind of ignorant of me to compare 2 different amazing artists so i apologize for that haha. You are both killing it and would love to see you and quinn play together sometime.

Christone Ingram I know it doesn't mean much but keep on keepin' on. You've got some soul. I like what you're doing.
He Rocks , and every band should have a organ player ! It makes the difference !
He may only be a young teenager but his soul is as old as the Blues
23:11 You know it's good when you start clapping watching at home. By yourself.
Avant de le voir et l'entendre, on pensait que des prodiges du blues comme lui n'existait plus. 16 ans sur cette vidéo à l'époque, maintenant il est juste hallucinant!!!!!!!!!!
Kingfish energy levels are absolutely thru the roof in this performance. How he makes that guitar sing, just can't find the words. Much love from Amsterdam!
Just when I think my jaw can't drop any lower, whammo, he rips out another killer line, then another, then ten more. Yow! And sings sooooo funky. And that band is killing it as well. Keep 'em coming, please!
Wow ...... I can't believe it , I been playing blues for 40 years and my new guitar hero is a 17 year old , holy shhh

Love the sound, this is a standard illustration of how to display the art of Blues. Amazing, coming from a young performer. Sky is the limit. Thanks to all the musicians on that stage. Thumbs up....
I am so pleased to see a young brother singing and playing the blues so wholeheartedly. I am really digging this young cat! Give him a lotta love.
I feel like Kingfish is the best of all the newcomer blues players! For me, he is a young Freddie King whose skills are on that level!
Great to hear a blues guitarist his own licks!
With the loss of B.B King and Bobby Bluebland, this young man is going to fill those shoes :-)
This guy is amazing! BB and Freddie King would be proud! Keep them blues alive Kingfish!
This cat right here every video I watch I'm just more impressed.. He almost over plays riffs he's so fast and clean but his turnarounds make it all worth the while.. For his age to be that skilled and keep it in some sort of moderation is pretty amazing not to mention he's got it awesome blues tone coming out of his vocal cords.. Kingfish you just keep on doing what you're doing God bless you young man you've inspired me to up my game...
I love to see young people in the audience, rocking out to authentic music. There's hope after all!
this is my neighbor's new favourite concert.
One of the grates, performance in the American blues music .
Lots of people can play the notes, few can give those notes life.
@Gexxon

That's sort of what Albert King used to say to those who can play really fast. He'd say, "But they ain't sayin' nuthin" LOL! How very true. Albert or BB, i forget which one was also quoted saying, "Sometimes the what's in-between the notes are more important than the notes themselves"... lol Think about that one. Genius!

I love this dude, he's got whatever it is that makes some guitar players special. They said (this is true) Einstein was one of the best violinist of his generation. “Life without playing music is inconceivable for me ... I live my daydreams in music. I see my life in terms of music … I get most joy in life out of music.” He's got that real joy.
I hate the thumbs down trolls! This guy is a badass!
Saw him live years ago. Lived blocks from the festival and music was loud so decided to just go at the spur of the moment to check it out. I remember the goosebumps and feeling in awe.

Jim Pugh, on keys, played with Cray for years, before that with Etta James and Elvin Bishop, Chris Isaak and others. John Mazzocco on bass played with John Lee Hooker's Coast to Coast band, later with Curtis Salgado and Paul deLay. And Tony Coleman, on drums, played with BB for a couple of decades, and before that with everyone from Albert Collins and Little Milton to Albert King and Bobby Bland.
His cover of Hey Joe is so natural. This kid is incredible. Great band ensemble too; must have been a real treat to be there. I love looking at the pure happiness he is bringing so obviously to some in the crowd; the look on their faces is pure joy.
Absolutely love this man. His new album is awesome. What a joyous celebration

I hear so many of my favorite players in his playing. Great to get such inspiration from a young guy that can sound like Freddy King and Bill Nelson in ten seconds.
life is so good when I get me some Kingfish....
It's perfectly clear to me this young man didn't sit around feeling sorry for himself as a child and it's obvious what he studied that was certainly in a positive manner. OMG I wish I could play a tenth that good
Watching this again in 2024! Kingfish was freaking 15 years old here!!! His baby lick thrown in @ 2:22 is Jimi, Ernie, Albert...all of them and Stevie. Tasty😊
What have i just witnessed? this young man is AMAZING Raw talent the real deal , the feel is off the chain. bloody hell !
This kid was 16 when he played this show and had been playing the guitar for 5 years. Before that he was a drummer and bass player. FYI. There must be something in that Mississippi muddy water ;)
