This man renews the faith in modern blues. He IS the blues, the epitome of the blues. I have been a student of this genre of music for 50 years and this man is a true bluesman. The Blues needs artists like this to keep the true blues alive. Thank you for posting this!!

King Fsh is gifted and he is taking Blues to another level. I love it.

The way he speaks through those strings gives me goosebumps EVERY time I listen to him play.

I’m too stubborn (and poor) to pay for concert tickets, but I’d pay to see this kid live.

His ticket prices aren't as high as expected. Austin New Years eve. 80 to 300. It not a large arena either!

I usually listen to all sorts of prog rock and metal, especially death metal. However, I love jazz, bluegrass, blues...hell, even classical. I turned my XM radio to BB King's Bluesville the other day and heard "Empty Promises" and Robert Cray's "Anytime." These two songs really dug deep into my soul and renewed my appreciation and my appetite for the blues. Kingfish is amazing!!

A few tears came to my eyes when I first started listening to this video (I couldn't watch it either, like the rest of you who hated the horrid editing). Why? Cuz the real blues is alive & well in this stellar young man. You just don't hear this stuff unless you go back in time. Thank god Buddy Guy is still alive (according to Rolling Stone Guy financed Kingfish's upcoming album). The torch has been passed. Play on, man.
