Here’s the part where others “will laugh and call me names” but I literally cried watching just how gorgeous everything looks. I’m not Bethany but I can tell you. She put a strand of lights inside of a basket and then set another basket on top of it (opening of each basket facing each other) and zip-tied them together.

A subdivision does a Christmas light show every year. They us chicken wire made into a ball. Then put lights on/in it.

Take two wire hanging baskets (the kind you would line with moss IF you were going to plant in them), place the rims of the baskets together to form a ball. Using several zip ties, join the baskets together firmly. Now wrap the ball with a string of lights! 🟣🔴🔵🟢🟡 And Voila!

@@callikohl5698 the round plant hanging baskets. Really any kind of basket would work. I wouldn’t use wood or plastic because it would be more of a fire hazard (even though LED lights don’t get as hot as the incandescent lights). But any metal basket that makes half of a shape that you can put a second one on top of to make the rest of the shape. I hope I’m saying that in a way that’s understandable.

You know, I lost most of my Christmas spirit when my mom died years ago, but I think you have just brought a little bit of that back. This display has me in tears. It's so beautiful and bright (without that Christmas Vacation light show ;) yet has such a serene and peaceful vibe. Thank you guys--Laura, Aaron, Paul, Bethany, and I'm sure Ken, for restoring my Christmas joy!

I really feel for you as l know that's like as l lost my mum 3 years ago on boxing day. So did not do much for Christmas. But it is joy to me to see Laura Christmas light brings a smile to my face. So l am so gald it bring you joy and everyone esle to.

The first word out of my mouth when the tour started was…Oooh! It reminded me of all the Christmas Eves our parents drove us through the lighted decorated neighborhoods, which we continued with our children. I have no family locally and I will be turning 71 in a few short days from now so I don’t put up lights outside any more. I do occasionally get out at night during this time of year and locally there are many pretty light displays. Nothing compares. I have thought that every year. This is beautiful and they spend so much time on it I would love a real-time walking or slow driving tour to be able to take it all in and see more detail.

As we have gotten older, we don't go out at night to look at lights anymore. So we really enjoy your lights. They are really beautiful. Thanks so much for sharing.

We are in our 60s but every year we get out there and decorate everything for Christmas. We do it for the kids in the neighborhood. Yours look beautiful!

I have been a decorator for 20 plus years and I cannot even think how many man hours go into this. I hope you truly know how pretty this is.

Kudos to everyone who worked on this. Children have a way of bringing out your enthusiasm and Paul and his sister aren't that far away from their childhood so their imagination is a good input.

Wanted to add that the music that was playing during the light reveal was perfect. Relaxing and added ambience to the whole enjoyable time of us getting to see and applaud all four of your efforts. My husband falls asleep, and I can enjoy your videos in peace. Then, I can fall asleep, dreaming about gardening and other fun activities.

Lights look fantastic. We always had rabbits chewing on electric wires. Ate the cable under our house and our pet rabbits will chew on any electric cord that is out, so we are very careful where we let them hop.

2022 Lights of many colors. Beautiful, love it. 2023 all twinkling lights. Beautiful. I love it. I love everything she an Aaron does for Christmas. Laura's creativity on all holidays,every season is so amazing. If she's filling containers,to adding plants ,bulbs,trees,shrubs to the property, it's all so coordinated . Her vision to see something from a small plant to how it will fill in and look in a few weeks, to trees that will take years, but just tge arrangements are perfect. I copy so many of her ideas,for I just don't have the foresight of what things will look like. So thankful for their channel. Nobody else comes close in gardening videos. An it's not just the gardening, it's family,pets, community, friends.
