Thank you to both of you. So nice to see you together . I have had OCD (hypochondria) since I'm 8 and harm OCD since Im 13. I didn't tell anyone in my family until I was,31 and never knew what it was I had.. I'm 62 now. I have been in therapy for quite a while and almost getting a handle on it. I am very sensitive when it comes to hearing horrible news stories, etc. I thank you both for all the valuable work you do. I was always good at pushing feelings away too. Keep up the great work you do.

I have to ask you this question do you have to have Ocd before getting hocd became I am scared I am gay I never had a crush on my same sex I never have been attracted to the same sex only on opposite sexes but for the first time I seen a dude who was good looking does this mean I am gay I just want to know can hocd come without being triggered by something can it just come by natural and do I have Ocd at do I have hocd please answer I get scared a lot every day

Hello! First, I want to say even if it turns out that you are gay OR bisexual, there is NOTHING wrong with that. Underneath our skin and genitals we all look the same, we're all just bones. Also just because you find the same gender good looking doesn't mean you're gay. Until you actually have feelings for someone of the same gender you can't define yourself as gay. Like you said, you've been attracted to the opposite sex so you're not gay because gay means you like ONLY the same gender. I am a female, I am attracted to the opposite sex and I find women beautiful regardless. I look at women sometimes and think they're absolutely gorgeous but I've never seen those women romantically and I very much so am into the opposite gender!

Also, you can have Pure O without having a physical form of OCD which means your OCD can be all mental and not at all physical. Hence the term "Pure O." Pure O is the intrusive thoughts form where everything is mental. Pure O is a little more complex because it's not a physical ritual but it is very much so a form of OCD.

some people of both sexes are good looking, but unless you desire to have sex or have romantic feelings for the same sex, I don’t think it means anything beside you have EYEBALLS. Lol I’m straight but think other girls are pretty but I’ve only ever liked boys so like... yeah
