I have schizoaffective disorder and have lost my fiancee some years ago and just recently another job. I keep trying. Pushing through the discrimination and stigma of ignorance of mental illness. I feel betrayed by God and everyone. I have lost my mother and my niece from Covid. So hard to get through. So thankful that you and others are on media to help educate others and support us. Thank you. 😊

You are awesome, I have symptoms you mention. I'm trying to overcome shame through building a great internal life, I'm much more supportive to myself now, but shame still pops up here and there. But I will win! Watching your vids it's so clear that you are such a beautiful, friendly, passionate person, I'm super inspired! I love KZread for stuff like this, you can touch someone's life living in on another continent :D

Thank you Chrissie that’s exactly how I feel right now I recovered and I still feel guilty and bad over something that I already talked about in therapy that turned out not to be something terrible but I feel like I’m still stuck to it because I am so used to feeling terrible due to OCD. It feels like hell trying to get over this and un-attach because I am so used to feeling like crap.
