Looked for this song after hearing a man sing this song as a live tribute to his wife at her funeral. Never heard this song before but the lyrics are so true to me at this moment. A Broken heart is for real & letting go is very hard to do. Healing takes time. Healing will come and brighter days will come again.

Yes, Christ can do anything!! But as I sit here with a face full of tears, I am still not healed from a tragedy that happened in’95. I lost the love of my life to violence. He was trying to break up a fight. In my case, time didn’t heal all wounds, it just makes them bearable. Cherish your loved ones, leave nothing unsaid waiting for the right moment, let them know how much you love and appreciate them because the next second is not promised to us. My heart truly aches for this young man and I pray that one day he finds peace. Sending much love to EVERYONE!!💜💜

This song is beautiful and because of the man singing to his wife at her funeral is what brought me here to this song. I hope he finds comfort in knowing that his wife may not be with now but he will see her again for sure and they will reunite. And I bet she was proud of him for bringing so many people from his singing to this song. My prayers to the man and his family. May the man wife RIP.🙏

I can't believe that I'm now able to listen to this song again without bursting into tears. I'm now able to enjoy and sing along to it again. It took years to heal, but the heart does eventually mend and love again.
