I bet Andy just smokes a fat one when he's hungover.
Chris on onions: 'Crispy, jammy, chewy, unctuous'. Chris, stop, I can't take it!
the amount of meticulous details that go into this that we would never think of but make the experience of eating it just that much more joyful is what makes BA's chefs on another level. imagine thinking what direction you want to cut your onions. wow
Drinking game everytime Chris says "kinda". Man, am I gonna need one of these sandwiches tomorrow!

Chris: nobody makes pesto when they're hungover, *proceeds to chop arugula
I don't know how I lived all these years, happily, without having to hear, "umami" even the three years I spent in Japan...
I think if I were to try to make this while hungover, I'd burst into tears.
"I admitted there was shell in there. I did the right thing." 8:52
We need a video collab of Morocco and Delaney geeking out over the complexities of coffee (eating or drinking). That’d be a fun pairing.
I've made this sandwich twice so far and it's been a hit. Love it, thanks Chris!
1:43 chris finally chops something after saying about an essay worth of words about that onion
"What, are you gonna make arugula pesto for your breakfast sandwich? You're tired, you're hungover!" Chris said, chopping up herbs and combining them with olive oil to make a pesto.

my family keeps chopped up herbs in the freezer that we use to top a lot of dishes during winter cause most of the time they're hard to find/ we can only get them once every few weeks when we go to a shop that's pretty far away. could be a solution if you know you're going drinking
I love Chris. He's the best and as someone who doesn't eat bacon, that looks bomb.

Chris Morocco is like the Fred Rogers of cooking. When he cooks it’s always a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Love listening to him and he always makes me smile.
