Ralphus was my Uncle John. He greatly appreciated his time in WCW and always spoke well of everyone. After WCW, the simple man at heart went back to being a simple man and returned to his love of driving trucks until his retirement. Sadly, we lost Uncle John in 2019 from lung cancer. His bills and burial were all taken care of by a source who wants no credit and I will keep that anonymity but it was a gracious and generous gesture from someone people speak so ill of. We all miss him so much and I know he loved all of his fans. This video would have made him swell with joy! :)

It technically wasn't his fault. Hogan, hall and Nash created the idea for bischoff. An unstoppable killing machine. That would draw HUGE money if done correctly. Of course this was hulk's WCW tho. So the big wigs at turner were in the skybox in the Georgia dome 40,000 amazing fans and one persons name on the marquis. Well two people but not one of Turner brass could name bill Goldberg. That reaction from those rabbid fans was done so because hulk's contract was up. All of them in the skybox could name hulk Hogan. And he got a half mil signing bonus because of that crowd reaction. Bill was a wrestler for 6 months at that point. As soon as the fans started backing him hall and Nash wanted him cut off at the knees. If you watch scott halls youshoot he says "we went to bischoff and said you gotta get this guy talking and beat him asap" knowing full well the fans loved the mystery of who and what Goldberg was. I was annoyed when they gave him a mic. Hall and Nash made him a Mark for himself and at the same time tried killing his push.

The fact Jericho was able to take a 2 toothed, 250+ lb truck driver and get him over shows how talented he was. Even if WCW never went under, there was no way Jericho would’ve been more than a midcard TV champ wrestler. He made the right move going to McMahon. As far as WWE, the $$$ I would’ve paid to see Ralphus with him for his WWE debut when he interrupted The Rock.

I just listened to a clip the other day from Eric Bischoff podcast where they were talking about Jericho's career and Ralphus has came up. Eric was laughing about how ridiculous it was that somehow ralphus got so hugely over.

I was never a big Jericho fan but I got to tell you that this is some of the best storytelling I've ever heard. I remember Ralphus, he was awesome. I remember the first time I saw him on TV I cracked up and said "the hell is this?" lol

Wow, stand up comedy IS Jericho. All jokes aside, this dude has some serious talent in the realm of comedy. I know he is in a rock n roll band, perhaps this could prove to be yet another successful endeavor for Mr Chris Jericho. Really enjoyed the video, thanks. 👍🏻
