Mr.Garver is seriously one of the best. Amazing.
Only watched an episode of Miami Ink yesterday when Chris drew a cool skull for Kat Von D's client - which she took credit for it. Very cool to actually see his process in real time, not just skipped over within cut scenes. Thank you!
Love this type of stuff from Garver!!
Been in a slump artistically lately and started watching your videos. Inspiring. Daughter and I are gonna try and tackle some peonies tomorrow. Thanks man
Thank you this was a another great video please keep posting them thanks again.
Even the straight line at the beginning is seriously impressive. This is great, thank you.
I love that you added that basically when you think you are the bee's knees that's when you should try to get better! I have a local shop near me and the dude's gonna be moving out bc he's not making enough. His favorite saying is "Oh I've been doing this for 15 years" but I feel like he's clearly learned nothing new in that 15 years and way overcharges because he's such a pro veteran tattooer but the new girl in town who used to guest spot in his place charges about the same but puts out great original art that's a lot more precise and detailed. Gotta keep learning and gotta keep with the times!
Nice. Ive been drawing skulls all my life and love to watch others draw them
Hell yeah, this helps my Skull-Pod garden painting get some more details in it, cheers for sharing. 🤘
Yes!!! He's back 😁😁
Notice the variation in line weights when he inks the sketch. Makes a huge difference
Your drawing skills is really insane!
Wow!!! Amazing work.
Thank you Professor Garver.

BEST TATTOO ARTIST !
Thanks for sharing working on filling up a skull sketchbook now
A+++++++ one of the best !!!
garver.. te conocí por Miami ink ya hace varios años, sigo pensando que sos el mejor.
everything that you said about always pushing yourself to do better I agree 100%. I draw, use prismacolor pencils, I use copic marker, paint, wood carve, paint the carvings which is different than canvas, make masks from fiber glass, make my own carving knifes. I'm always trying different things. one I made a chandelier from deer antlers with 8 sets of antlers for a lake house. I do like skulls and I do think I picked up some helpful tips from this tutorial. thank
Great video!

I got scared when you told me no talking. ):
At 2:00min it reminds of Chappelle Show at the barber shop......"Shut the effff upppp".....Thanks Chris...amazing drawing.
I am an airbrush guy, just came across your channel…love your work. Great skull sketch. I’ll keep practicing. Are you serious about offering critiques? That would be great.
항상 감사합니다
WoW nice sharing
One thing that would be awesome is to know what kind of pencils and other things he is using!
Hey Chris love your tutorials . What ink pens do you use ?
Chris did my Japanese dragon in my leg black and grey . He drew the dragon in my leg . He was working at Fun City at the time. He's on My Top 5 Tatt artist of all time.
That's nice
thank you

thank you sir garver!
Thx Chris, can I ask what brush tip markers you used?
As a person covered in skull tattoos, and a dental lab tech. I have to say all tattoo artists need to study dental anatomy.
what pen do you use, and how do you draw so fast
I know you were probably using Col Erase pencils, but what was the black pen you were using? Thanks for the video, I am working on my skulls.

This is the exact pen but I couldn't find it anywhere in the US for sale "brush pen 6970323811673 SB56"
If I wanna send you some art I’ve done, just to get critiqued or some pointers. Where would I send them?
oss
what kind of red pencil does chris use?
👍👍👍👍
Very cool tutorial, I tried it but I failed 😅 The proportions of my draw are wrong. So I have to try and try it again
Thank you!!! I have to ask what pens are you using to ink 🖋

How do I send a pic in for critique
Whats the name of the red pencil? Is it ok red pencil?
How can I send in a sketch?
How can I send you my drawings
Is anyone else also a lefty?
🙅♂🙊 *zip it*
Seriously though
Fodaaa
Dragon. Please draw a Dragon.
This is a cool drawing for sure. But not an effective tutorial. To learn the skull you need to learn the volumes, not the 'lines only'. Look up guys like Tom fox, michael hampton, proko, marc brunet, will westen.... They teach the constrction of it which will allow you to draw it from any angle.
😂 no talking
Its a well executed drawing, but I wouldn't call this a tutorial. The whole video comes off like a professional artist disinterestedly drawing the same skull he's drawn a thousand times before, while adding occasional commentary that isn't particularly helpful. Dude also seems like a colossal prick, but that could be unfair as this is the only video of his I've seen so far.
