This was a huge TikTok food trend here in the US about six months to a year ago. It's ... okay. I prefer the regular layering of ingredients for what we call an Italian sub or hoagie (or there's more names for it) Also, putting mayo on it may get you dirty looks in certain quarters. :) Just oil and vinegar.
