Mango Chole Masala:
Ingredients:-
Chole - 1 cup( soaked overnight qnd boiled till soft)
Raw Mango - 1
Onion - 2
Tomatoes purée- 3
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp
Kasuri methi powder- 1/4 tsp
Green chillies- 4
Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
Salt - To Taste
Water - As Required
Oil - 2 tb spn
Serve this chole mango curry with hot pooris
