Diljit seems like such a genuine and generous person. While a lot of actors pretend to be kind and grounded but come off as fake, Diljit truly never let fame change him. Also now I understand why Neeru is called the queen just look at her! She’s a diva in the best way, with the way she speaks, laughs, and carries herself.

I am listening Neeru Bajwa first time. And it feels like that there are two person speaking English and Punjabi. How good she is with both the accents.

She was born in canada bro which is why she has canadian accent. Her parents are from punjab so she speaks fluent punjabi as well

That's just how Canadian brought ups are. I had a canadian born punjabi classmate when I had just moved to canada. When he spoke punjabi, he spoke so theth that you wouldn't be able to guess if he spoke even a word of English. When he spoke English, you wouldn't be able to tell if he knew any punjabi word at all. Neeru here is not even close to him lol.

She comes across as a very positive, down to earth person who has done a lot to be where she is! This was a supremely fabulous episode thanks to both of them! Diljit's success and you have arrived (best phase) wala wisdom is extraordinary, very inspiring!

Aakash singh Hindi speaking bhaiye. Chandigarh was is and will be Punjab. It’s made on the land of Punjab after partition. Hindi speakers like you should not try to dilute anything. We don’t claim Delhi or Rajasthan to be ours but Chandigarh which is Punjab.

Yes punjabi n sindi r indeed sister languages( someone in comments rightly said) so is dogri etc. Some Common words in sindi n punjabi Mee(Rain), Vas (Settles), Visār (Forget), Thulli (Fat), Challi / Charri (Crazy), Beli (Friend), Veri (Enemy), Khund (Sugar), Asān / Asi (Us), Puttar / Dhi (Son / Daughter), etc, etc. Punjabi and Sindhi also both tend to use the shorter vowel when a longer vowel is used Hindi/Urdu. For example: Kaan is Kan, Haath is Hath, Aadhaa is Adh, Neend is Nind, Mooch is Much. They both also retain the older use of the V instead of the of the B. “Beech” is “Vich”, “Bichara” is “Vichara”, “Baj” is “Vaj”, “Bas” is “Vas” and so on.
