S'mores Cookies
These cookies merge two classics into one. Chocolate chip cookie dough is baked on top of a s’more (in this case, a layer of marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker). After banging the pan mid-way through baking, the melted marshmallow peeks out on top and gives the cookies a perfect, gooey pull. Once cooled, you can flip them over to see the golden brown graham cracker square on the bottom. They’re easy to batch and assemble in advance and you can store them in the freezer to bake off whenever the craving hits. - Nea Aretnzen

My guilty pleasure is a good cookie over any other “decadent “ dessert. This checks all my boxes

Oh same here! Honestly even just a regular chocolate chip cookie always hits the spot
As an Australian I've also never had s'mores, but I love a chewy gooey biscuit. This is going in my "to bake" playlist 🍪 yum
My very favorite cookie shop had a s'mores cookie very similar to this. They've since closed, so I'm really excited to try this recipe!
I make a version of these with mini marshmallows mixed into the dough, on a graham cracker base. Love the idea of wrapping a whole regular marshmallow in the middle.

Yum!! I have to try that!
Wow, what an amazing recipe!!!
These are missing the toasting part of the toasted marshmallow. Toasting the marshmallow before adding it would elevate these.
Your video states that you put 3 tbsp of the cookie dough on top, but your recipe says 2 tbsp. Which is correct? I am making them today. They look so good.
That was the tiniest bite to taste them.

I need Nea to learn to stop looking at the producers off camera

Good lord go away if you're gonna be miserable. I don't understand people like you that bitch about nonsensical things.

Perhaps they are attempting to signal something to her? This complaint seems... Poorly thought through and rather rude. You seem to understand that there are people off camera, but you don't consider the rather obvious explanation that goes with that knowledge. Remember: kindness doesn't cost you anything and curiosity brings a wealth of information.

@@ajchapeliere I actually thought about my comment before commenting it. I dont mean to come off as rude. I think Nea is a great chef and youtube / F52 personality, but her content would be more engaging if she were intentionally looking at camera 1 and camera 2 instead of having her eyes dart everywhere, likely looking at a producer off cam.

Hi!! Thanks for your comment! Ah I'm sorry to hear it feels distracting! We try to talk and engage with the producers so that it feels a little more human/life-like in the video!

I like it when it feels like they're teaching the other people in the room and I'm getting to watch
