EGGS 4
SUGAR 3/4 CUP (150 GRAM)
VANILLA ESSENCE 1 TSP
FLOUR/MAIDA 3/4 CUP
COCOA POWDER 1/3 CUP
COFFEE POWDER 1 TSP(OPTIONAL)
BAKING POWDER 1 TSP
OIL 1/4 CUP
MILK 1/4 CUP
FOR MILK MIXTURE:
CONDENSED MILK 1/2 CUP
THICK MILK 1 CUP
WHIPPED CREAM 1/2 CUP
VANILLA ESSENCE 1 TSP
MELTED CHOCOLATE 1/4 CUP

Both sugar and maida is of 3/4 cup but in grams one is 150gm and one is 90 gms how??

Because sugar has granuals and it's heavier than maida
How can make cream with stiffness. While applying cream on the cake the cream melts what is the reason for that pls reply me

The cake is hard because you probably folded too much or too fast the dry ingredients into the wet. To avoid this try using a whisk instead of a spatula and gently cut the batter in the middle and fold over itself while turning the bowl slowly making sure to incorporate the batter from the bottom and the sides in a gentle normal manner. tres leches cakes are hard to make....it can result in a failure if your eggs dont whip up properly or you dont have the exact creams. Vanilla tres leches cake tastes much much better that chocolate one.

اگر اس کیک کو ایک دن دیا جاے تو بہت اچھا بنتا ہے دوسری غلطی اس میں یہ ہے. انہوں نے کیک میں سوراخ نہیں کیا. جبکہ اس tre cake میں لازمی طور ہول کرتے ہیں... اس سے پہلے میں نے food fusion کے یہی کیک بنایا تو وہ بھی ہا ڈر بنایا. مگر اگلے دن اچھا ہو گیا

I assume Evaporate milk I could be wrong but that's what I used.
