I hope one day we can also get to see his planning process, how he comes up with ideas, conceptualizes them, and then plans out their build. Like seriously, those balloons for the sleigh seat? Brilliant.

Chef Amaury you are the Einstein of chocolate. No one else comes close.

Dude every time I watch a video that's new to me, I'm blown away by this man's skill. This isn't just art, it's engineering. It's a LOT of thought going into it. I'd LOVE to see his thought process, his drawings and such, if he even does them and doesn't just whim his way through projects like it seems in his videos. This guy's got more talent than 99% of humanity combined.

Totally - this is engineering. Involves lots of knowledge which is probably similar to architects and automobile engineers. Look at how those pieces close as a seamless BMW. Man.

I didn't know, I was watching his videos for months, and I didn't know he had a Netflix show.

This guy really is multi talented, painter, sculptor, chocolatier, architect

Because of you I'm going to start my own chocolate journey, I'm just a home cook but super excited to give it a go.

Saw your show and had to find more info on you. You are so refreshing, watched the show mostly for your personality. Your teaching style is so, so nice. You correct without humiliating, you inspire without grandiosity, you encourage without bullying. You have fun with your art and final product is a testament to that. Please do a second season of the show. Would love to visit your school in Las Vegas.
