📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
3 eggs
150 g sugar (⅔ cup)
150 ml vegetable oil (⅔ cup)
250 g 30% sour cream (1 cup)
170 g all-purpose flour (1 ¼ cup)
80 g cocoa (⅓ cup)
1 teaspoon Baking powder
80 g ground hazelnuts (⅔ cup)
Filling:
400 ml 30% cream (1 ⅔ cups)
Strawberries
Chocolate for sprinkling
Bake: 160°C (325°F) for 30 minutes
Back mold diameter: 23 cm x 31 cm (9 x 12 inches)

Ein wunderbares rezept. Bei den Zutaten steht saure Sahne was nicht das gleiche wie Creme fraiche ist. Saure Sahne ist etwas säuerlich während Creme fraiche durch den höheren Fettgehalt einen vollmundigen Geschmack erzeugt. Natürlich kann man beides nehmen, das ist Geschmackssache. Ich bevorzuge Creme fraiche für einen schokoladigen Kuchen. Die Säure kommt dann von den Früchten. Man kann auch noch etwas geriebene Schokolade unter den Teig geben. Wirklich, probiert es aus, ein sehr leckerer Kuchen.

Hallo! Creme fraiche anstelle von saurer Sahne für einen schokoladigen Kuchen - klingt auch super lecker! Geriebene Schokolade im Teig ist auch eine großartige Idee.
