This video deserves millions of views. Although I'm not African, I'm Indian and I empathize with you guys a lot. As you could see in this video most people thought that place was India. Both India and Africa are shown to be absolute shitholes by Western Media but the sad thing is Both places are home to such Natural and architectural beauty yet everyone only thinks both places are horrible. Hopefully a day comes where everyone looks at the bright side. Wonderful Video 👏👏

Keegan Aquino Exactly. In school when we learned about India they only showed us Dharavi and when we learned about Africa they only showed us starvation but when its a country with westerners they show capital cities and luxury. I'm so happy I picked further studies in history instead of bullshit geography

Keegan Aquino India is awesome. I think indian women are some of the most beautiful women in the world. Besides blacks of course. Both in my eyes are equivalent in beauty. It's sad that people of color are so generalized like this. Please wake up people. Talk to someone that doesn't look anything like you and you will see the truth. Don't believe everything you hear in media. We as blacks have to accpet whites in this country and overlook the racist bs our country started on. Its time for other races to do the same.

Nice video, all they think of africa is people living in huts on bushes, they never thought of africa to be beautiful, but there are places in africa that are beautiful like (Victoria island in lagos nigeria, Cape town in south africa, Cairo in Egypt) and so on anyways that for letting them know that africa is not all about bushes and huge animals that there are cities in africa that are beautiful, even equator guinea in africa has more Gdp per capital than russia and china.

In 2000 the cover of The Economist magazine was, "Africa, the continent without hope". 15 years later, China had already poured in hundreds of billions of dollars to make African the continent of hope again. Many people in the world know how much China has done to develop African nations.

When Somalia faced famines recently, China was the first to donate money. I didn't see any news of other African nations donating towards the humanitarian crisis. When whites boycotted their farms during the Zimbabwean land reforms, and agricultural output tanked, China's expertise was sought to bring knowhow to bring back farming to production and productivity and the progress was significant. China wasn't the only country with agricultural technology but it was the only one willing to help Africans with the crisis.

I live in america and i am a truck driver so i drive across the country a lot. I can show you pictures of poverty stricken areas in almost every state. This country is segregated by income. If you make a lot you can move to a nice community and have all the nice things. If you aren't so rich, you will live in crowded areas with massive crime rates, and crumbling infrastructure. This place seems welcoming and very nice and advanced, but there is so much hatred that it is disgusting.

The reason everyone thinks that Africa is simply a country full of deserts, animals and starving people. This is mainly due to anti-blackness,,, regardless of whatever anyone says. Also, when naming the countries that they often think are the best in Africa they usually name the non-black majority Northern African countries.

This is a great video. I really want to go to Africa so bad. All my life we have been told horrible things about Africa and how dangerous it is. Until I started doing my due diligence and I realized how beautiful and unique Africa is. It's just so big and idk where to start. I did study abroad and lived in Spain when I was in college and even that was a huge culture shock for me. Honestly I'm tired of being surrounded by white people some ppl r just to racist. I have to go visit the mother land 🙌🏾👸🏾

Otherwise none of them would be trying to stake their greedy ass claims in Alkebu-Lan or Afrika for themselves that same old Christopher Columbus bulls-t mindset & mentality saying that the Origin Natives has no History but they do!

im actually learning in history class right now that Africa had a huge blend of cultures and wealth before foreigners came in and took it all... its kind of messed up a continent that was the richest in the world is now only thought of as a poor and dirty place... it is actually very beautiful, as you can see in the pictures, although it does have some poor areas, but this is the same in every continent.

There are 2 sides of this story. Foreigners didn't simply come steal everything. Just like with the humans sold into slavery, the resources of Africa were sold off buy the ruling classes. The Europeans didn't round up Africans with lassos and whips. Most people were enslaved first by short sighted rulers and then sold. It is an aspect of our history that is rarely discussed.

Whether you like it or not, we are all viewed as one people regardless of our diversity.I can't stand the slander that has and is still going on.In the past, this slander justified slavery, colonialism and today, it's this slander and propaganda that's facilitating misery, disease and genocide. If you never figured a cause to champion, this is the one. To be Africas' best ambassador. We can safeguard Africa by carrying ourselves like the noble people we are. #Africafirst Peace.Love.Unity

Wow Maya great content. I’ve actually had some friends over to South Africa for a couple of weeks from Australia,it was their first time here. They were so shocked to discover how South Africa was so developed, they said our airports are even better than some of the 1st world’s. I guess it’s been the media’s agenda to paint a negative narrative about Africa as a whole, but all thanks to the world of social media because our generation will be very woke and well informed. I couldn’t help but notice some of the Chinese phrases sounded a bit like some of the native official languages we speak here in South Africa 🇿🇦

I watched a show once about how there is a lot of plastic in the ocean. They talked to a marine biologist to tell how it affected the ocean life. It was a Mexican woman. Now I thought that I wasn't racist at all, in any way, until I realized that I was surprised that the marine biologist was a Mexican woman. It's a terrible thing to discover that you have prejudices that you didn't even know about until that moment. Mexico is painted so poorly that I didn't think that they have marine biologists and lawyers and such, as though it's an entire country full of immigrant workers. Sometimes we develop these ideas without realizing it, just because of the information was are inundated with on a daily basis.
