Welcome back to Mei Lian's Kitchen! Today we have a Chinese New Year recipe for you! We will be making Zongzi that is a staple for every New Year!

Ingredients
Pork Belly (580g)
Fermented Bean Curd (1 cube)
Bamboo Leaves (Half a pack)
Dried Peeled Split Mung Beans (375g)
Sweet (Sticky) Rice (1150g)
Pork Seasoning
Salt (½ tsp)
Black Pepper (½ tsp)
Five Spice (¼ tsp)
Fermented Bean Curd (1 cube)
Mung Bean Seasoning
Black Pepper (¼ tsp)
Salt (¼ tsp)
Sweet Rice (50g or a handful)
Sweet Rice Seasoning
Salt (1Tbsp)

    无意间刷到您的视频,实在令我万分怀念小时候每逢过年妈妈都会包的这种六角长粽,记得小时候妈妈包粽子都会用一种大柊叶垫底,没有大柊叶垫底,真的很难包,远在异国他乡的我想要吃粽子,只能学包四角粽、五角粽,您仅凭几张粽叶就能把粽子包的这么漂亮,手艺真的是太好了!
