Never eaten hainanese dumplings before, don't know how it tastes like. All the while teochew and nonya dumplings is my priority, after watching this video, just found out that actually this hainanese bakchiang is oso delicious and the wrapping is so attas as well. 太多調味料多糖多納，膽固醇更加超標，步驟煩鎖，唯一外觀還可以😮

台山，開平一帶包的粽子，所有材料都不用預先做熟，除了蝦米鹽油烙香去腥外，調味僅油，鹽（🉑️加五香粉）其它材料經數小時煲後都很糯香美味了🤤但看到你們的做法，加了這麼多調味料及蔥蒜，肯定很好吃😋
