Lazy engineer doing a good job. I have the same problem and have used a DC speed controller to run it. Maybe I can try and check out if it is the resistor. 🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾

If your circuit board is identical to mine, there will be five TO-220 package components attached to the heat sink, in my case, from left to right, the first two are the main thyristor S8025C 800V/25A, one died and i had not the exact part, I used the BTA41600B 600V/40A to replace and it worked fine, that's why the first one in my video is bigger. The last 3 components are MUR1660 schottky diodes 600V/16A.

@@jorgeadrianyu4371 Have you tried to change the resistor ? check if there is a visible damage in the control circuit first, in my case the 15K power resistor died and I changed it in the video as you see. It is the resistor to power the control circuit, if it dies, no voltage will be supply to the control circuit which result in 0V in the LM324.
