Chinese Leather Shoe Patcher : a simple card holder wallet
The uniqueness of these patchers is hand cranked. When sewing with these machines, you just have a single hand in handling the fabrics. In making this wallet, I could improve my basic skills in stitching straight with only one hand. This is important in making your finished product not too "home-made".

Thanks for watching. This is a simple and easy project for killing your time during these pandemic days. Watch out the double-sided adhesive tape is too sticky. If sew on it, the needle would be wrapped with the sticky glue. So when placing the tape, leave space for the stitches to run through. Sew on the space rather than on the tape. The tape is useful to fix the two layers firmly to prevent the top layer move more than the bottom one. The walking foot moves only the top while the bottom layer is moved passively. I would like to make more videos on unfolding the best of using the machines when I have the time. Indeed I have reupholstered the sofa and computer chairs recently with this machine during these pendemic months. Again thanks for watching and the positive feedback.
