In Texas they have the papusas ...which are similar but smaller and are made w/ corn masa and pickeled cabbage ...hot pickled..

包好拿去用蒸的,变成大肉包子一定很好吃
還好,包肉包菜包的方式收口朝 下,麵皮部分是發麵,老麵與高筋、中筋混合去和出来的;餡的部分就一般瘦肥7-3比與芹莱洋蔥混和,簡稱肉餡餅,沒啥特色!🙄😏

这饼对有面点功底的从业人员只需半个月的时间就能熟练完成,吹牛皮的成分有点多………就他这水平一抓一大把。

不一定 看人吧 脑子笨的还是需要几年的
其实就是懒,大饼比小饼快
造型極高功夫技巧.味道看來沒有甚麼特色!
好好的翻不成形吃了,糟蹋了别人的功夫
肉太多,看起來有點噁!
