Does anyone else think its kind of unfair that the other team had to stop and change out their skipper? I feel like that took off valuable time. Barley a fair contest.

@@fongsaiyong7287 Yes, and I am not a professional skip rope athlete, I'm sure these people train their stamina to go much longer. My point is that the Chinese team gets an unfair advantage, because their skipper can go for a full minute uninterrupted while the other team has to stop in the middle and start again and warm up back to top speed. No fair competition would compare a relay team to a single skipper. I also find it suspicious that the competition is hosted by CGTN, which is Chinese state-owned media. Why didn't they have a neutral third party host the competition?

@@fongsaiyong7287 Plus the additional time required to get into full speed. In any case, the fact that another team gets an advantage makes it an unfair contest, even if it is as small as 1 second.

@@Poowee117 wait are you not gonna complain about 1) these are two teams of experienced world champions competing with chinese kids? 2) both foreign teams have full jumping strength when starting their 30s? while the kids can get tired in the latter half of the portion? if you look at the numbers, the australians actually minimize the gap from 20+ to 10 due to their fresher legs before they messed up 3) why are you feeling suspicious that this competition is held by CGTN lmao its a chinese show. this segment wasn't a world record attempt it was for entertainment. The latter segments where they attempted to break the doubledutch world record was standardized between the japanese team and these kids, and had officials present. Youre worrying about the wrong things sir

@@Poowee117 these are just small kids up against professional athletes, is this not an "unfair advantage" as you call it?
