World Jump Rope Federation (WJRF) Is an international sports federation that exists to expand and unify competitive jump rope through our core principles of diversity, inclusion, innovation, promotion and the best practice of sport. WJRF produces and sanctions international and national championships. WJRF has 20 Country members spread over 3 continents. Our International Championships have been held in Washington DC (USA), Orlando Florida, Paris France, Braga Portugal with participants from over 27 countries over 4 continents. They sure have! It takes a lot of blood, sweat & tears to become like them. I’ve been through all that too.

these are not the guys jumping the rope. This is the rope jumping the guys because the guys holding the rope are the ones making sure they don't mess up. The rope should be moved blindfolded to make it real.
They were fantastic!! So much hard work, stamina, endurance, and FUN! Loved their performance.

Wow, shoulda saved 2:50 for the end because that was UNREAL lol no wonder it got the audience so wild! That's just a BWAHHHHH mind-blowing moment not just in terms of skill but also the fascinating physics involved. Wicked cool. I started today i am actually decent at jump roping
I’ve been jump roping for 3 years and the most advanced tricks I can do are criss cross one legged and squat jumps😂
