China's subway station transformed into an underwater world?
Subway stations in China's Greater Bay Area are being transformed into works of art, immersing commuters in stunning environments. The Guangzhou Metro's Nansha Passenger Port Station is styled as an underwater world with elements symbolizing the "One Belt, One Road" initiative. Shenzhen's Gangxia North Station, the first four-line intersection station built in the city, replicates the Shenzhen skyline. It features 25 skylights and a spiral design evoking the "Eye of Shenzhen". Shenzhen's Dameisha station is designed to resemble an ocean world, augmenting the station with the sounds of waves. These renovations build upon the cultural atmosphere and identity of each location, making daily commutes a unique and enriching experience. This is part of a broader trend in China, with ongoing transformation seen on many levels - from transportation to urban lifestyle.

Wow, what a beautiful Guangzhou Nangsha metro station, the only one futuristic looking like a subway in the Atlantis. It is the only subway in the entire world which is Incredibly modern, beautifully artistic subway with holographic projections, reflecting the great prosperity of China.
A good initiative to rid off a feeling of boredom when walking in a subway station

The 'Greater Bay Area' mega city is quickly being realized as an integrated metro makes connections seamless and fast. Not only are the metros functional, but it seems each station has some unique characteristics that relate to that area or have historical significance. China never stands still and the metro is one example of technology advancements with an artistic flair.
