China's Hidden Worlds: Unveiling the Secrets of Yunnan, Tibet, and Xinjiang | Extra Long Documentary

Ойын-сауық

China's remote southwestern frontier, a mosaic of 25 unique ethnicities in Yunnan, Tibet's high-altitude spirituality, and Xinjiang's revival as a modern Silk Road hub, present a tapestry of ancient cultures adapting to modernity. From Yunnan's diverse traditions, including the buffalo-worshipping Wa and water-splashing Dai, to Tibet's blend of ancient wonder and emerging modernity, and Xinjiang's cultural richness amidst harsh landscapes, these regions are not only sharing their secrets but also embracing new opportunities for growth and influence in the 21st century.

There's something about this documentary give me goosebumps, Like a father stare at his children and knowing they can go further in life then previous generation, Like a child go to sleep at night knowing there'll be many possibility awaits tomorrow. A 95y old grandma says now she can have things that she only dream of in her childhood. Hope, Expectation, Life, Relived.

I've been to China 3 times and Tibet beats everything else, actually it has been my favorite trip ever...I plan to go back but also explore neighbouring areas that share the tibetan/lamaist culture as Ladakh in India, Mustang in Nepal and if i win the lottery also Bhutan, which is becoming incredibly expensive day by day.

Thanks. I really enjoyed this long look at inner China. I’m Irish and regularity visited Shanghai, Suzhou and Beijing many times about 15 years ago. Now I live mostly in Thailand and was quite fascinated to learn the extent of the Buddhist culture in Hunan. Wonderful. Well done to the producers and of course to the enterprising people of China and their strategic leaders. Incredible progress in recent decades despite the antagonist of the USA. Keep it up. Keep on mission. 🇮🇪💚🇨🇳💚🇹🇭

@Andy_2221. I've never lived in China and what I felt while watching this video gave me such joy. I am also a Black Man living in America. People everywhere are living. Life is a beautiful thing. Watching how different cultures live and survive on the wonderful world we call Earth. I know I would be out of place there and there are so many places to visit. The National Parks! The Mountains! The People!!! If there was one wish I could make it would be that the entire world interact like what I saw. I know everyone has there own issues and no country has the perfect government. We are all connected in one way or another. Color, Race, and all that shouldn't exist considering we all have "Red" blood. China is a beautiful place. It's people are unique and beautiful in life. Chinese Government treats ethnic minorities better than the Vietnamese government. In central highland Vietnam called Montagnard people , the government and the Vietnamese ( kinh) stole the ethnic minorities' lands and pushed them out to the jungle having no land to farm. All ethnic minorities' land became a corporation lands, coffee plantations, rubber tree plantations, tourist sites, all owned by Vietnamese kinh or the government, which was supposed to belong to the ethnic minorities ( indigenous people) the owner of the land. Ethnic minorities (indigenous people ) in Vietnam are in a sad situation very poor, discriminated against By kinh Vietnamese,

US has more than 50 minorities but US doesn't treat its minorities equally but with discriminations. In China gov't, there are representatives of each minority group to make sure their needs are met. China minority policy provides more benefits to minorities than the majority Hans. In US, the gov't only treat a certain minority groups better over the benefits of the other minorities. US gov't promotes hates among its people, unlike China gov't who promotes harmary and loves in China and in the whole world.
