Using Euler's equation the six 6th roots of 64 may be visualized in ones head and written down without doing any math. First, draw a circle of radius 2, centered on the origin of the complex plane. Starting at the point where the circle intersects the positive real axis, mark x_0=2. Then, move around the circle counterclockwise and place a mark on the circle every 60° at x_1=1+i√3, x_2=-1+i√3, x_3=-2, x_4=-1-i√3, and x_5=1-i√3. Based on x_j=2[cos(jπ/3)+i*sin(jπ/3)],j=0,1,...,5.
