    Solve this problem with your eyes closed in less than a minute. 2^c is largest power of 2 in 42, so c=5. 2^b is largest power of 2 in (42-32)=10, so b=3 2^a is largest power of 2 in (10-8)=2, so a=1.

    no other integral solutions i suppose, there's definitely a lot real solutions tho (prolly infinite)

    oops mb I just realized, if you meant to say why he only got 1 integral solution for each variable then well yea there's 5 more, Number of integral solutions = (3!)
