Graphically confirmed via desmos that there is only 1. Logically, x^27 is just a really flat x^3, meaning it has a negative and positive tail based on the cubic; so it passes through the origin at 0, stays close to 0 from (-1,1), then spikes dramatically positively and negatively. 27^(x^2) follows a parabolic shape; its minimum graphically would be 27^0^2, or (0,1). Thus, as x moves left or right, y only increases for 27^x^, and since x^3's point of changing concavity is at 0, there can't really be a second intersection.
