Every performance of Knight Moves is unique and brilliant. It's amazing how he can keep re-inventing this piece

I know right !! I've seen him a few times here in France, whenever he's say "What do you want to hear ".. you know it's Knight Moves, but the rendition is different every time. He's amazing.

Problem with chilly, it's that he's already ahead of music.
I love that his live performances are always different than the original studio recordings of his songs. They all have a playful twist and it is exciting!
j 'aime tellement comme il maitrise l intensité de chaque accord et sa notion de rythme. On est tout de suite transporté . Si sensible et cohérent .

He's so amazing, I've seen him in concert several times here in Paris. I'll bet those pianos need a good tuning when he's done - lol. Such a great performer !
Satie d’emblée, en se permettant de ne pas l’interpréter mais de le sublimer à sa manière, je ne peux qu’avoir suivi note après note son concert, une délectation, une joie, quel bonheur ;-)
Totalement déjanté et superbe! Quel humour et quel amour - teinté d'une douce ironie - pour la culture française!

One of the most creative and innovative artists I've ever experienced. This is the kind of person who is a classic musician for all the public. The best artist who has no pretense and hypocrisy, and who accepts and develops contemporary music and culture.

Thanks @ Arte for this video documentaion! @ Chilly and great musicans this was in amazing concert! chilly has his own style to play and this what i liked to plas when i was as a tradional "classic pianoplayer" and tryed to mix with jazz. rock and new influcenes.. but my theacher was strickt into classic. Thanks for this beautiful concert!
