20 minute low intensity, low impact cardio with no rest! Steady state is the aim!
This is a simple way to move your body without impacting your other main workouts during the week. Low impact and low intensity!
All you will need is your body warmed up, your mat and a bottle of water handy!
The timer will be on for 45 seconds per exercise with no specific rest in between! But please take those few seconds to get into position when needed!

I have been LOVING these shorter workouts. I have a super busy job right now with summer here, and it's been nice to still fit these into my day. Currently finished with this one sweating in the humidity in my yard 😁

I quit paying for beachbody after I found Caroline- and I've seen more results in one month than i did in 6. Love the efficiency and attitude to all her workouts. No weird vlog in the front, just straight to the workout! I do two dumbbell or kettlebell videos every week, and 2 cardio or hiit vids. (I'm still a beginner thats all I can do man!) But love the vids- keep doing what you're doing

Whenever I resort to a chill workout , I’m always impressed with how challenging it can be. And if you want it to be more challenging, the option to incorporate weights is always an option. Ty ty ty !!!!

Love the fact I could easily do this in my room. No excuses for a quick cardio!
Short on time and wanted to get the heart rate up . I always come straight to Caroline’s huge library of workouts and find just what I need. This was perfect. Wanted to give the weights a test as well so will definitely do this again and again. There’s no rest period but it honestly doesn’t need it. It’s like opening a new gift every day. 🎁♥️👍😁😁
