Really impressive technique. I am also working on a graphic novel, realizing how little I know, and my drawing skill is just exploding. It's scary how often I'm uncomfortable. Seeing people like you who are more confident and skilled at humans (I'm an equine artist) is really soothing. I want to do some videos like this where people can watch me draw.

No need to script everything (well yeah it shows probably I don't remember half the things I'm doing because I'm so chaotic but-) We're here to hear anything you might say while you draw (no really I could just sit here and listen to you singing the alphabet song and drawing kermit the frog. Overthinkers, assemble! We're everywhere I swear- I did notice a slight change from older videos, but it doesn't necessarily do any harm. I sort of felt the speed is priority part, though. Deeply.

I'ma have to argue against a brush being easier to control vs a marker brush pen. Can't stand a brush, can't control it to save my life. But the colour mixing and texture argument I def agree

There's a couple of dedicated tutorials, but tbh just watching how somebody else draws (especially when it's from start to finish) is a pretty good how to imo ;)
