Oooooh so that’s where you work. This whole time I was wondering if that commercial kitchen belonged to a place like a catering company, church, or maybe even a convalescence home. I kept going through places where a commercial kitchen would be required. I bet that’s a pretty low stress environment to cook for a bunch of students who probably really appreciate what you make for them.
